Sterling's Team Speed Youth Summer Training Program is designed for young athletes aged 7-12 to build a strong athletic foundation. The program focuses on developing proper movement mechanics, enhancing speed, coordination, strength, and agility, and implementing injury prevention strategies. Through fun, high-energy sessions, participants will engage in activities that improve linear explosivity, reactive agility, and safe deceleration techniques. The curriculum emphasizes triple extension for powerful strides, elite deceleration mechanics for sharper cuts, and proper landing mechanics for joint stabilization. Athletes will gain confidence, improve overall athleticism, and learn to perform better in various sports.

What a typical day looks like

Athletes train 5 times per week, Monday through Friday, for one hour sessions focusing on speed, coordination, strength, agility, and injury prevention.
